Construction is actively progressing on the Rooftop Performance Center for the Pensacola Little Theatre . Crews are currently erecting the structural steel framework of the new building extension in preparation for additional work. Morette Company is excited to deliver this unique rooftop venue to downtown Pensacola. We appreciate the community's support and excitement and look forward to celebrating the opening early next year.?

We are halfway through the complete HVAC replacement at Bradley Tower, a ten-story Pensacola Christian College campus dormitory.?To complete the work, large access holes have been cut in the exterior walls of the penthouse to remove and replace all the rooftop units. While work is underway, temporary HVAC units have been staged throughout the building to maintain climate control.??

Vice President Steve Peranich captured the artful alignment of trapeze hangers in the Main Building at the new Soundside High School. The concept of symmetry in trapeze hangers is not just aesthetically pleasing but also serves a practical purpose. Trapeze hangers are used to support pipes and ducts, and their design allows for an even distribution of load.

Vertical work is progressing on the three-story classroom wing at Soundside High School. The construction of this educational facility promises to provide an enhanced learning environment for our community.

With the packaged chiller plant installation well under way, our industrial project is nearing completion and the system is almost ready for operation.

Construction at Southside High School has reached an exciting milestone! Steel erection has commenced on the main building.

Work is progressing on schedule on the University of West Florida's two-story addition to the Athletic Training Center. The new space will house the UWF Athletics rehab training facility and the Florida State University College of Medicine Suite.
