Our Driver Development Programme is breaking new ground in motorsport with our joint focus on research and performance development. A new BBC Sport article highlights how we’re supporting our six talented young drivers through a tailor-made programme designed to maximise their potential, while also investigating under-researched areas such as female health in motorsport in collaboration with The Manchester Metropolitan University. At the University’s Institute of Sport, our drivers took part in VO2 Max testing, neck strength training, and cognitive assessments — all crucial for future F1 drivers. Alongside this, they’re honing their high-speed precision driving skills to prepare for success on the track. ??
