At today’s LEGOS meeting, we took time to celebrate a huge accomplishment—being named one of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's Best Places to Work in 2025. This recognition is a testament to our incredible team and the culture we continue to build together. We also welcomed some new faces and honored teammates celebrating major work anniversaries. ? But today was extra special. In honor of Women’s History Month, our People and Culture team hosted a Women of Morales Group Tea Party, creating space for connection, reflection, and well-being. With 63% of our team identifying as women, we are proud to uplift and support one another. ? We were honored to hear from two inspiring women—Ann Christina Evers, owner and founder of Wild Sage Tea Company, and Seni Gonzalez, CEO and co-founder of Paco’s Taquerias. Over cups of Wild Sage tea, they led a thoughtful discussion on self-care and the importance of prioritizing our well-being. As the saying goes, “You cannot pour from an empty cup.” ? We also heard from our Women’s Morales Unidos Network (MUN) leader, Amelia Siler Knotts, who shared words of encouragement and gave a preview of an upcoming Lunch and Learn she’ll be hosting later this month for our team. ? At Morales Group, we believe in supporting the whole person—professionally, personally, and beyond. By prioritizing well-being, we’re not just creating a great workplace—we’re building better futures for our teammates, one step at a time. ? #LEGOS #BuildingBetterFutures #WomenOfMorales #WomensHistoryMonth
