Last week we were honored to participate in the Chicago Park District's First Annual Teen Opportunity Fair for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at Brighton Park Community Center. We worked with One Summer Chicago to assist young adults seeking summer jobs. Commissioner Arfa moderated the "Building the Future" panel event to discuss insights from Deaf professionals on school, employment and advocacy. Congratulations to the Chicago Park District and program specialist Sarah Faber for a great event!
