Another step forward in the recovery from Hurricane Helene! ?? The Carpenters in Newland, NC, lost nearly everything when 9 feet of floodwater from the Linville River swept through their home. They had never had a traditional HVAC system—just baseboard propane heaters—and their propane tank was completely washed away. Through our ongoing efforts to help the community rebuild, we were able to get them set up with a brand-new HVAC system in just 4.5 days, despite freezing temps, rain, and plenty of mud. ? Furnace & indoor coil installed in the crawlspace ? Two 9.5-ton mini splits added upstairs ? New propane line run and protected ? All new ductwork, cut through finished floors Shoutout to Javier, Matt, Tyler, and Dennis—y’all went above and beyond! Special thanks to Tyler, who drove 4 hours each way just to be part of this project. Our team recently completed duct modifications for a tenant upfit at William & Mary's Blow Hall, ensuring the space is comfortable and efficient for its occupants. While no major new equipment was installed, we made key improvements, including: ? Adding a new Variable Air Volume (VAV) box for better airflow control ? Rebalancing existing pneumatic VAV boxes to optimize performance ?
