We're thrilled that our collaboration with Instacart at this year’s Groceryshop show was spotlighted in BizBash’s article, “How These 13 Trade Show Booths Used Interactivity to Boost Engagement.” With features like a Plinko board and a unique refrigerator entrance, we designed an engaging space that invited attendees to connect and interact directly. At this year’s Grace Hopper Celebration, the world’s largest gathering of women and nonbinary technologists, we were thrilled to bring?Uber’s activation to life! The custom-designed space featured a vibrant archway, custom table wraps, and branded pillows that created a warm and inclusive space for attendees. Attendees enjoyed a friendship bracelet station, where they created colorful bracelets while networking and were drawn to our photo moment, creating lasting memories of the celebration. At MoonLab we are committed to partnering with companies that align with our mission, and our participation with Uber at GHC highlighted our women empowerment and diversity + inclusion mission pillars. ?? Creating an experience as innovative as the conversations it hosted, we were thrilled to produce Bloomreach’s The Edge Summit at The Glasshouse in NYC. ??? From the moment guests stepped through our immersive activation installation, every detail was designed to inspire and set the tone of what guests would experience that day. The stage buzzed with insightful panels, while the VIP lounge offered a space for executive meetings. Throughout the day, delicious appetizers were served on custom “food furniture”, keeping everyone energized. Guests sipped on Bloomreach’s signature cocktail “Edge of AI” as they overlooked the Manhattan skyline while large EDGE letters on the viewing deck provided a perfect photo opportunity for everyone! Our custom bodega made a notable comeback at the event, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability with a reusable design intended for continued use at?Bloomreach?events throughout the year.?? #Bloomreach?#TheEdgeSummit2024?#eventproduction
