Just wrapped up an incredible company offsite with the Moonshot AI team last week! ????? From brainstorming sessions to scenic hikes, it was the perfect mix of work, fun, and connection. We took the time to reflect on our goals, dive into fresh ideas, and, most importantly, strengthen our bonds as a team. The energy and creativity were off the charts! A huge shoutout to Joshua from Oceans for welcoming us into your beautiful home and joining us over Zoom. Your emphasis on the importance of teams, velocity, and execution really resonated with all of us. It’s core to everything we’re building at Moonshot AI, and it’s exactly why we do offsites like this—to build stronger, faster teams! Special thanks to Sara for helping set the agenda—it was spot on. The Personal User Guide (PUG) activity was a massive hit! Many mentioned it as their favorite part of the offsite. It gave us the chance to connect on a deeper level and added so much meaning to the entire experience.
