In a not so distant future where ai models become commoditized, the winners will be the tool makers that: + listen to their community + support tool application + focus on the user experience As a team immersed in the ai realm, we have channels of communication open with almost all of these tools or know other heavy users that do. Our relationships range from some general convos to fully open feedback channels. One of my favorite tools has been Midjourney. Their functionality and results make the tool one of my go-tos. I recently realized that it's also one of the few tool companies that we have zero communication with. I don't know if that's good or bad, but I do know that it makes me appreciate the companies that make an effort to listen to our community.
