It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our founder, Joseph Howard Rambin III, a visionary and co-founder of Moody Rambin. Howard passed away peacefully on August 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of innovation and leadership. In 1969, Howard co-founded Moody Rambin Interests with Dan Moody, Jr. What began as a patio home development business grew into a leading real estate firm under his guidance. Over his 50+ year career, Howard was known for his dedication to nurturing others' careers and making a lasting impact on their success, a contribution recognized by the Houston Business Journal Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. Howard was instrumental in our company’s success and an inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. His dedication and passion laid the foundation for Moody Rambin, and his influence will continue to shape our organization and the industry. As we honor Howard’s incredible legacy, our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time. His leadership and compassion will be deeply missed. We invite you to join us in celebrating Howard’s extraordinary life and contributions. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 5, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a Remembrance Service starting at 3:00 PM at the Houston Country Club in the Ballroom.
