It’s about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where Women can thrive personally and professionally. Our kick-off event was a great success, packed full of energy and ambition. On Monday, we celebrated International Day of Trans Visibility - a moment to celebrate trans and non-binary people, and reflect on how we can all do more to create a world where everyone feels seen and valued 🏳️⚧️ At Monzo, we’ve always been committed to building an inclusive workplace where people are celebrated for who they are; but we acknowledge that there’s always room to learn, grow and do better. Sharing stories from our trans Monzonauts and allies is just one of the ways in which we aim to increase awareness of the issues the trans community face. We continue to work with our LGBTQ+ network to celebrate their contributions to both Monzo and the communities around them.

We saw Greg's post about us this morning, and it really upset us. So we'd like to initiate some sort of revenge. Any ideas for an office appropriate April Fool's Day prank? Main requirement: It must annoy Greg.

Year in Monzo. It’s definitely one of the highlights of everyone’s year (we may be a bit biased). Nothing unites the nation more than everyone getting annoyed at us for revealing how much they spent on Deliveroo. So we had a thought; imagine if we did this more often. Move over, Year in Monzo.
