---P O S I T I O N --- A N N O U N C E M E N T--- Wide Format Printer Service Technician Montroy Supply Company is an industry leader and wholesale distributor to the graphic communication markets including electrical (neon, LED and fluorescent) and digitally printed interior and exterior signage & graphics. With twelve offices and warehouses throughout the US, Montroy Supply Company is the major market supplier and has a reputation of quality and excellent service. Montroy has immediate opening for experienced and certified Large Format Service Technicians. Position is available in Northern California ( Sacramento area ). Duties Include: On-site technical support at customer locations for successful diagnosis, repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of large format digital equipment Provide technical phone support for large format digital equipment Train customers on equipment utilization and applications Facilitate equipment demonstrations and print sample requests Travel in southwestern states Ability to work independently, manage time appropriately and meet deadlines Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Position requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Other duties as assigned Required Technical Knowledge: Printers: HP Latex, Mimaki, and Roland Software: Onyx, Caldera or Flexi Rip (a definite plus) Knowledge of Seal and GFP laminators (preferred) Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary starting @ $22/hr, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Supplemental Insurances and 401(k) available. Must have a reliable car, insurance, valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
