Monticello Capital is a private holding company that was a boutique investment bank and financial services firm operating throughout the US and Canada, the European Union, North Africa, and the Middle East—small, private, quiet, agile, influential in a broad range of commercial and geographical venues, global in business outlook. Monticello Capital's three primary rounds of private equity investment built Internet infrastructure; then global engineering services; and then anti-fraud and anti-money laundering security services, federal government contracting, business process improvement services, information technology, and cybersecurity. As a holding company beginning in 2018, Monticello Capital is not making any new investments. The firm has ceased active operations in investment banking, private investment, and corporate advisory services.
