Last week, longtime Deed Transfer employee Roger Overman celebrated her retirement from the Montgomery County Auditor's Office! Teresa is retiring after serving the county for 33 years! We were proud to host today’s Ohio Department of Agriculture Weights & Measures Regional Training! Inspectors from around Southwest Ohio joined us for continuing education sessions here at the Montgomery County Employment Opportunity Center. Also, it was great running into our friends at the Animal Resource Center, who were holding a free dog vaccine clinic in the parking lot!

We had a great time participating in Career Day at Valley View School District today! We showed the students how exciting and rewarding a career in GIS mapping can be!

Our office had the most amazing time at the Hispanic Heritage Festival! We enjoyed interacting with the community, celebrating Hispanic Heritage, and experiencing live music and amazing food! Thank you for having us, until next year! #NationalHispanicHeritageMonth

Our office would like to announce the retirement of K9 Idus who retired after 6 years with the German Township Police Department! It was an honor to get to know Idus over the years and we appreciate his service to the community. Idus was responsible for 10 firearms being recovered and multiple misdemeanor and felony drug seizures. Canine Idus did public demonstrations for multiple communities and events in the area including national night outs, VV school events, and Cub Scouts.
