?? Think Different: Eastwood on Clifton project highlight ? Inspiration: The seclusion of working remotely at home. ? Purpose: Create a place that cultivates social and business interactions. ? When designing the amenities for Eastwood, I was inspired by the number of people working from home and the need to create spaces encouraging social connection.?Instead of the typical amenity designed for pool time, I thought more about?reasons to bring people together like getting the mail or picking up refrigerated perishable items.?A place to invite a business associate to meet over coffee. Even a place for your dog to get cleaned up and groomed. The vision made possible by the talented team of collaborators including Michael C. Morris from Monte Hewett for interior design, the project architects and owner Simon Tuohy among others with Urban Realty Partners. Gone is the dated traditional white mailroom that feels more like a closet. And, in its place, is a welcoming spot for residents to take a break from working at home, connect with others, and improve their day-to-day experience. Whether it’s young families or empty nesters, the design adapts to today’s social dynamics. The mid-century modern design is in perfect contrast with the surrounding buildings, an expression of its own authenticity. #CommunityDesign #RemoteWork #AmenityDesign #RealEstateDevelopment #MidCenturyModern #UrbanLiving #Architecture #ResidentExperience
