Last week, the Horizon Credit Union Go-Givers ditched the office to finish the workday volunteering in their local communities. The date marked Horizon’s 7th annual Go.Give.Grow. event. Montana Go-Givers sorted cans and gardened at Gallatin Valley Food Bank, cleaned and maintained Butte Rescue Mission, spruced up Family Promise of Great Falls, and packed food at Missoula Food Bank & Community Center. Volunteers in Montana made the #CUDifference at 21 different organizations!

Last Saturday, the Midland Empire Chapter of credit unions (Billings area) volunteered at the 28th Annual Rubber Duck Regatta for Big Sky Senior Services. Each credit union hosted a carnival game tent, and attendees purchased tickets to play the games. Each credit union also sold ducks in their lobbies and online leading up to the event. These ducks were then raced at the event. This year, a whopping $25,500 was raised between duck sales and the event! That's the #CUDifference!
