Yesterday, home builders, well drillers, realtors, ranchers, and farmers from across the state testified against SB 258, a bill that would restrict access to water for new housing developments in four growing valleys: Bitterroot, Gallatin, Helena, and Missoula. The fight is not over yet, we must keep reaching out to our legislators to fix this bill. ?? https://lnkd.in/gW3MYxmp National Association of Home Builders MBIA - Montana Building Industry Association Flathead Building Association Missoula Building Industry Association Bitterroot Building Industry Association HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF GREAT FALLS MONTANA HELENA BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA) Home Builders Association of Billings Montana Association of REALTORS? “NAHB joins the rest of the nation in mourning the passing of former President Jimmy Carter, a great statesman, humanitarian and housing advocate. President Carter was always an advocate for affordable housing. For decades in his post-presidency, Jimmy Carter and his wife, Rosalynn, kept this vital issue front and center through their work with Habitat for Humanity, whose mission is to build affordable housing."
