Accelerate Montana is partnering with UpSkill America at The Aspen Institute to survey Montana employers and gain a better understanding of how they view and value validated skills and verified credentials. The 5-10 min. survey aims to create an in-depth understanding of what employers want and need, and the technology that best supports employers’ priorities. Data and information collected will be protected—no identifiable information will be released. Efforts to record and track validated skills and verifiable credentials are very new, but they hold tremendous promise in solving intractable workforce challenges, especially for small and mid-sized employers, and those in rural areas.
