We had such a fun day with students and staff at UC Berkeley Dining last week! Our station takeover featured delicious Coconut Curried Rockfish, Tandoori Vegetables, and Butter Masala Mac and Cheese. Fun Fusion is the name of the game- This creamy mac and cheese dish made with our Butter Masala Sauce was a crowd favorite! Our takeover also included a full vegan menu, showing how Monsoon Kitchens products can be used to create delicious vegan and allergen-free menus. Tofu Vindaloo, Masala Roasted Vegetables, Palak Dal and Pulao Rice were on the menu, and it was a hit!
