So, we’ve shortened daily insights, cut down on theory, and added more interaction between users. We’ve also fine-tuned our automation and tested a new call structure. The best part? Long time no see! We have some exciting updates to share. After our first B2B pilot, we gathered valuable insights into challenging users’ habits. We used that feedback to improve our product, refine our offer and pricing, and enhance our behind-the-scenes automation. Over the coming weeks, we’ll reveal all the details—starting with a big highlight! In December, we tested our updated product by launching the Unscroll Track, a four-week focus on reducing mindless scrolling and chasing quick dopamine hits. We’re proud to report that participants saved at least 12 hours of screen time and reduced their usage by more than 20%—even during the busiest time of year! Real behavior change like this is exactly what we aim to deliver.

Hey, it's Boris, our BizDev . Some news from B2B side are here. We've just finished our first ever B2B pilot for AgileFluent. First, thanks to Daria Shulgina for trusting us. What she truly deserves a big thanks is for caring about her team! That's what matters! It's hard not to brag. So we'll brag a little bit. Here's what we've got. ????♀? 34 participants in the 14-day track on managing daily stress levels under pressure ???7-day retention - 94% ???14-day retention - 65% ???????Team cohesion average engagement per employee, messages & reactions - 28.8 Key hypothesis confirmed: participants mentioned the positive effects of meeting colleagues and sharing their experiences in a non-work environment. As a result, we're already discussing rolling out our stress management track for other team members and adding two new tracks to the corporate wellness offer - Time management and communication skills. This also brings us closer to launching a full digital corporate wellness subscription that will enable employers to provide a holistic wellness solution for their teams, covering mental, social, and physical health. Hi, it’s Yana, CEO of Monotomy. As we launch and start fundraising, I wanted to share some of our early progress with you: ??♀? We kicked off in June with our first habit circle, Sugar Heads, across three groups—achieving 87% success rate and 42% retention, while learning to scale our tech. ??♀? We’ve since launched two more habit tracks: Gut Heroes for microbiome health and Chill Champions for stress management. ??♀? To refine our go-to-market strategy, we teamed up with 11 influencers and consulted HR pros to sharpen our value proposition for companies. We’re now negotiating pilots with three companies this autumn. ??♀? With early traction, we’ve received our first check from an angel investor and are in talks with two funds. Digital wellness for teams. How does that work? Our new gut health track MONOTOMY is just hitting through any previous engagement metrics! Aside from this, we've managed to shape quite a compelling offer for companies that care about the team's wellbeing. And naturally, get who they care about. All of my fellow team mates had their bit in large corporations so we knew exactly what's that some of standard wellness solutions are the way outdated. A couple of months ago, after some digging, we got some ideas about how corporate wellness is evolving. The recent pandemic and a couple of other things shaped the trends to the following: 1. Shift towards holistic approach—Corporate wellness programs are evolving to include physical, emotional, environmental, financial, and social wellbeing. 2. Mental Health Focus. Following the pandemic, large regional conflicts combined with job-related and financial stress constantly drove up levels of anxiety and depression among the workforce, pushing companies to focus on investing more in employees. Employers recognize the importance of mental health and are reportedly investing more in tackling mental health issues. 3. Technology, particularly AI and data, is increasingly being harnessed to enhance corporate wellness programs, a trend that is gaining momentum in the market. 4. Financial Wellness Programs. Financial wellness is becoming a critical component of employee wellbeing programs. This shift acknowledges the significant impact that financial stress can have on an employee's overall health and productivity. 5. Environmental and Social Wellbeing. Companies are increasingly focusing on creating healthier workplace environments and fostering employee social connections. Initiatives include developing green office spaces, promoting outdoor activities, and organizing team-building events. These efforts aim to create a supportive and engaging work culture that enhances overall employee satisfaction and wellbeing. 6. Personalization and Flexibility. Customization is becoming essential for excellent wellness programs. Employers offer flexible choices like remote work and personalized wellness plans to fit their employees' needs better. This way, more people join in, and the wellness efforts make a difference for everyone. Our solution naturally meets these challenges—we're offering holistic digital wellness that is tech-enabled and fully personalized. It drives team cohesion and innovation and creates informal bonding connections, especially when your people are all over the place.
