At Monomoy, we operate in a team-based environment with a tremendous focus on cross-functional collaboration. We consistently question how we can do things better and believe that our entrepreneurial spirit enables us to better identify opportunities. While we love what we do, we also like to have a little fun (and win). We enjoy quarterly wine seminars, book clubs, and occasional go-kart races. There was also a high-ropes course challenge, but some of us prefer not to speak about that.
