Josh Yehaskel: Over the last decade, Josh has been focused on partnering with Venture Capital and Private Equity backed, high-growth and established players throughout the Sports, Entertainment, Esports, Gaming, Media, Internet, and Online Technology space. Working in tandem with company leadership, Josh has been instrumental in helping these companies develop the hiring strategies and execution necessary for high growth. Prior to launching Monarch Recruiting Josh spent 11+ years at Three Pillars Recruiting where he helped scale many groundbreaking companies like FreeWheel/Comcast, Barstool Sports, & Fiverr. Outside of work Josh can be found in his shop woodworking, playing poker or wrangling his 2 girls (unsuccessfully) to bed. Avi Bogart: As an industry recognized recruiting partner, Avi has focused his career on building the companies that power some of the world's most dynamic and disruptive industries including Digital Media and Content, Entertainment, DTC/Ecommerce, Gaming and Ad Technology. He has almost a decade of experience building (in his biased opinion) some of the best sales and marketing teams across the nation. Prior to launching Monarch, Avi spent 9 years at Three Pillars where he led an amazing team of award winning recruiters. When he's not recruiting, Avi likes to force his kids to relive classic late 80s/early 90s TV, movies, music and video games with him. Sarah Bradford: A fresh face to the recruiting industry Sarah has jumped right in. Over the last year she has gotten to work with and make placements for some of the hottest and fastest growing companies across industries including Health and Wellness, Sports and Entertainment, Digital Media, Travel, AdTech, and even within the Non-Profit space. Earlier this year she was even able to make the largest placement in company history. Prior to joining Monarch Recruiting, Sarah spent 7+ years in the service industry as well as started her own businesses helping small businesses put out exciting content that grows their platforms and drives new business. When she isn’t recruiting, Sarah can be found photographing at boudoir shoots, singing karaoke in a dive bar, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time with her little boy.
