We immersed ourselves in the world of mesh glass! Refining selections for a stunning residential project at Lakeview. ?? What is mesh glass? Mesh glass, or wire-laminated glass, is created by embedding a finely woven metal or fabric mesh between two glass panels. Through a lamination process, the mesh is sandwiched between layers of glass and bonded with heat and pressure. This technique not only enhances durability but also introduces a refined, tactile quality that plays with light and transparency. ?? Why we love it for interiors: ?? Soft Diffusion of Light – Mesh glass maintains brightness while adding a subtle layer of privacy. ?? Texture & Depth – The woven patterns create visual intrigue, adding character to modern interiors. ?? Elegance & Functionality – Available in natural linen tones or rich coffee hues, these textures seamlessly blend with contemporary and timeless designs. ?? Strength & Safety – The lamination process enhances the structural integrity of the glass while retaining its lightweight, sleek aesthetic. For our Lakeway project, we explored Lino Naturale and Lino Caffè, two exquisite options that bring warmth and refinement. Seeing these samples in person, in different light conditions, truly brings the selection process to life.
