This 57K sq.ft. Best Buy shadow-anchored shopping center is home to two credit long-term retail tenants, Men's Wearhouse and David's Bridal and sits on an outparcel to The Mall of Louisiana. The property is cash flowing as is at a 7.8% projected cap rate, but we intend to aggressively lease the remaining vacancy in the center and more than double its current NOI, bringing its cap rate to 12%+.
