Previously, attendants were allowed up to one year to handle timesheet discrepancies. However DMAS has made some changes that will be implemented beginning 1/1/25. ALL attendants are required to submit time within a 30 day timeframe of the shift worked. After 30 days, attendants may lose the right to compensation. 4 exceptions that could prevent a timesheet to be submitted on time include: 1. Eligibility delays 2. Enrollment delays 3. DSS/VSP criminal background delays 4. Service authorization delays
