This morning we received a Certificate of Recognition from the State of Minnesota signed by the Office of Governor Tim Walz & Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan to honor Momease Solutions' success in bringing competitive SBIR grant funding to the state. This recognition was made possible by Pat Dillon and MNSBIR, Inc., who works tirelessly to support MN entrepreneurs and is the first in line to celebrate each success. We wouldn't be where we are today without the strong resources and collaborative community we found by starting a business in Minnesota. Heading into the holiday weekend feeling very grateful! #startup #SBIR #Minnesota

Momease Solutions had an opportunity to sit on the other side of the table and listen to young entrepreneurs pitch their business solutions for the biggest problems facing society today. Thank you to the University of St. Thomas - Schulze School of Entrepreneurship for having us as Semifinalist judges during the 2024 Fowler Business Concept Challenge. What an inspiring day. Congratulations to all the participants! #entrepreneurship #smallbusiness #socialventure #pitchcompetition

Had an awesome time at this year's E1 Entrepreneurs 1st SE MN Summit serving on the "Prepare to Scale" panel alongside Clare Richards and Todd Hanson. Thank you to Christine Beech, D. M. for moderating such a lively and informative discussion. Jazz Hampton, Esq of TurnSignl gave an inspiring Keynote where he emphasized we can all "do well by doing good" - something Momease Solutions also aspires to! Thanks to IgniteMN for having me at this incredible event. (And if anyone has tips on looking less awkward in talking candids, I'm all ears) #entrepreneurship #greaterMN #startup #innovation

The winner of the 2024 Minnesota Cup is Momease Solutions, who’s reimagined the breast pump into a wearable bra that can “comfortably collect more milk in less time.” Winning the grand prize earned the company $50,000 in funding, in addition to the $25,000 granted to them and all nine divisional winners. “We’re so impressed by all of the other participating companies and the division winners,” said co-founder Ashley Mooneyham, PhD while standing alongside co-founder Jennie Lynch, shortly after their company was announced as the winner. “I’m just so grateful that we were seen as someone worthy of the Grand Prize, because we certainly believe in our mission and we’re really passionate about it.” This week's grand finale event signalled an end to the 2024 season of MN Cup. The competition awarded over $400,000 in cash prizes this year, and its applicants’ ages ranged from eight years old to 88.
