Molina Healthcare of Ohio recently participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Flying HIGH Inc.to commemorate the Molina Training Facility of their Professional Development Center. Our $100,000 grant to Flying High is helping to ensure people receive important career training, including individuals in recovery or transitioning from incarceration. In 2021-2022, Ohio adults had a higher rate of substance use disorder than the national average. At Molina, we believe everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and research shows that those who are employed are more likely to demonstrate lower rates of recurrence and higher rates of abstinence than those who are unemployed. We are honored to work alongside Flying High to build stronger communities, one life at a time.#CareerTraining #CommunitySupport #SubstanceUseDisorder #RecoveryMonth #MolinaHealthcare #FlyingHighInc #BuildingStrongerCommunities
