The Bauer Hotel is located in the heart of Venice and considered one of the city’s architectural treasures, embodying late 19th-century Venetian medieval mannerism. The property is positioned on the Grand Canal in the historic San Marco district, just steps from the world-renowned Piazza San Marco. Under its new ownership, the property will undergo an extensive restoration, recapturing its grandeur as a symbol of Venetian elegance.?? Today we announced the acquisition of an iconic historical Parisian property, formerly known as the H?tel Saint-James & Albany, together with Omnam Investment Group and Pharrell Williams.? ? The property, which was built in the 17th century, is situated in the prestigious 1st?arrondissement of Paris, on the right bank of The Seine and located between Rue de Rivoli and Rue du 29 Juillet in central Paris, close to many key attractions, including the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Gardens. It is one of only a few properties to offer a privileged and unrivalled direct view of the Tuileries and the Terrasse des Feuillants and overlooks Rue Saint Honoré, one of the most iconic streets of Parisian fashion and luxury.?? ?
