To #AccelerateAction for women equality, Scarlet Kainza Daphine, another of our Quality Analysts recognizes that empowered women are essential to ending extreme poverty. She advocates for empowerment in various areas, including mentally, financially, socially, spiritually, and vocationally to enable them to step up and support their families. #IWD2025

On how to #AccelerateAction for women equality, Hellen Kengonzi, a Quality Analyst, asserts the need to promote education for girls and women, particularly in underserved communities, ensuring they have equal access to quality education from early childhood through higher education. In this she believes in encouraging more women and girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (#STEM) through scholarships, mentorship, and initiatives that promote these fields.? #IWD2025

Atugonza Jane, a Repo Sales Supervisor, advocates for the need to enforce legal and policy reforms to #AccelerateAction and promote gender equality, such as equal pay for equal work. She believes that fair wages and workplace policies that support women’s career growth are key to achieving true equality. #IWD2025

Martha Arinaitwe, an Operations Administrator in the DC department believes that we can #AccelerateAction for women's equality by addressing harmful norms and stereotypes, while providing support for survivors of gender-based violence. She also calls for strengthening of accountability and holding institutions, businesses and gov'ts accountable for preventing sexual harassment and discrimination. #IWD2025

Vivian Joyce Nabutono, one of our Call Centre Team Leads, believes that we can #AccelerateAction for women's equality through "creating a safer environment for everyone by challenging our peers to reflect on their own behaviour and speaking up when someone crosses the line, or by speaking out if we don't feel safe." #IWD2025

To #AccelerateAction towards women's equality, Rose Napoko, an Operations Supervisor in the Debt Collection department believes that there's a need to mentor women by using position and place of influence to help them advance in their careers and personal lives. She adds the need to use one's voice to speak out against sexual harassment and gender-based violence to create a more just and equitable society for all to thrive. #IWD2025

On how to #AccelerateAction for women's right, our Entebbe Car Logbook Loans branch manager, Nakabiri Fatumah, suggests that "ending violence against women and girls by creating more awareness and involving communities to change harmful norms can promote gender equality." She believes that together, we can create a brighter future where women and girls are valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. #IWD2025
