Ltd. Southfields construction progressing nicely just 7 short weeks onsite. We are pouring footings on our second building on project. Our first slab should be poured by end of next week. For those that were at Modern Living Solutions open house when we opened, many of our Greystar colleagues were able to sign the last floor joist installed on module #888 for Ltd. Findlay. It is online and will be headed to site in the next week. Super proud of all those involved! Lots of hard work has gotten us here, a lot more hardwork still ahead. Proud is an understatement of our Modern Living Solutions team. Our first project Ltd Findlay, coming along nicely. The manufacturing team is doing an amazing job, with the highest quality Multifamily #modular delivery I have seen in the US. Our construction team continues to amaze me with front end delays on permits, 40+ weather days in the first 6 months, lots of civil challenges on design, and they continue to push through in the Greystar way!! You all continue to amaze me with delivering one of largest modular projects in US history with 888 modules and 325,000/SF of modular. We didn’t start with the flattest sites in Pittsburgh but we will deliver a much needed product to the area that will serve the people we need most in our communities.
