Thank you Niy ?????? ?????????? “Phenomenal Service! Chef Dan is the best and a master of his work. I had planned a last minute dinner for my parents anniversary, on October 10, and Chef Dan was able to assist immediately. I set up a conference call on his website, which was easy to use and I was able to pick a time that worked around my schedule. After picking a consultation time, he called me exactly at 2p and in minutes the date, time and menu was set (for October 11). I even emailed him to change a side dish and he immediately responded. The day of, Chef Dan arrived on time, and was very professional, and sociable. It felt as though I've known him my whole life. He decorated the dining room table, inclsudinf a personal menu and had my parents in awe. I've reviewed over 20 different chefs work and none could compare to Chef Dans creativity, uniqueness and charisma. I even asked my mom to pick which Chefs work she preferred out of the 20 other and she too selected Chef Dan. It was meant! I am don't post a lot and my mom is a very hardh critique especially with trying different dishes. But she enjoyed everything especially Chef Dan signature dish; the cognac shrimp with scallops and tomato cream sauce. My mom said the surf and turf was delicious and my step father licked all of his plates clean, including the cheese cake for dessert. Last evening Modern Classical Chefs was on hand for a special Surprise 60th Birthday celebration that was just extraordinary ! Carla and Lisa - you are amazing people ! We have done many events and have met many wonderful people but this group of 12 were some of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure to serve ! We were a bit busy in the kitchen so did not have a lot of times to make beautiful pictures, but were able to snap off a few. Modern Classical Chefs prepared a 7 Course Tasting menu that the guests absolutely raved about! Special shout out to our amazing Sous Chef Dawn Michele who did a phenomenal job on the sauces plating and service! If you need a Vegan Chef , Dawn serves the Jersey Shore and is phenomenal!
