To those who know me well, know that Thanksgiving is my favorite Holiday. It’s not just a big meal, it’s a time to pause and think about all you are grateful for in your life. I am primarily grateful to have an amazing and supportive Wife, and two equally amazing Daughters, all that I adore and mean the world to me. I am grateful my Parents gave me life, a life that is every day precious, and that they grounded me with the morals and ethics that guide me today. I am grateful for my small but growing business and especially for all of my Clients who are just awesome people! I am SO thankful for YOU ALL. I am also grateful for all my Friends old and new that I have met and got to know on this amazing journey I am on. Just another of many blessings. I had planned a last minute dinner for my parents anniversary, on October 10, and Chef Dan was able to assist immediately. I set up a conference call on his website, which was easy to use and I was able to pick a time that worked around my schedule. After picking a consultation time, he called me exactly at 2p and in minutes the date, time and menu was set (for October 11). I even emailed him to change a side dish and he immediately responded. The day of, Chef Dan arrived on time, and was very professional, and sociable. It felt as though I've known him my whole life. He decorated the dining room table, inclsudinf a personal menu and had my parents in awe. I've reviewed over 20 different chefs work and none could compare to Chef Dans creativity, uniqueness and charisma. I even asked my mom to pick which Chefs work she preferred out of the 20 other and she too selected Chef Dan. It was meant! I am don't post a lot and my mom is a very hardh critique especially with trying different dishes. But she enjoyed everything especially Chef Dan signature dish; the cognac shrimp with scallops and tomato cream sauce. My mom said the surf and turf was delicious and my step father licked all of his plates clean, including the cheese cake for dessert.
