KnowB4 is a security awareness training product that is used by Mode5 and many other MSPs. They recently unknowingly hired a North Korean spy that attempted to hack their system. Because they followed good security practice like limiting new employee access to critical data, no user data was comprised. I applaud their transparency which is rare these days and their security practices to ensure this hacker had security limited in such a way that they could not do damage?
