Here’s one you don’t see everyday: MODSET helped one of our clients move a model unit they purchased from Volumetric Building Companies Tracy to Los Angeles to showcase for RE investors for some large projects coming up. Our client wanted the model unit inside an existing retail space on one of their future projects. We were tasked with moving to mod through a 15’ W x 12.5’ H opening before putting it in its final resting spot for the foreseeable future. This model unit will be used to showcase to investors the quality and scale of modular multifamily dwellings. Theres no project too big or too small for us to handle!

Last week, Thomas Safran & Associates' partner, MODBLT, hosted a wonderful celebratory lunch for the residents of Building 207 at the West LA VA campus. As the contractor for Building 402, MODBLT will help provide 139 supportive housing units for those in need. Thank you for your support for our community of #Veterans.

We had the absolute priveledge today, in conjunction with U.S.VETS, to provide lunch to the new veteran residents at Building 207 at the Los Angeles VA Campus. Building 207 is a recent completion by TSA Housing in a series of improvements and new developments to add veteran supportive housing to those who most need it. We want to thank Tess Banko and Melissa Sanchez at U.S.VETS for partnering with MODBLT and showing such warm hospitality during our visit. We also want to thank the veteran residents for their service to our country, great conversations, and tons of laughs.
