That’s a WRAP! 24 modules set for the flagship transitional housing project for the Community Corporation of Santa Monica with Howard CDM acting as General Contractor and Plant Prefab manufacturing the modules locally in Southern California! MODSET is proud to have been a trade partner to help this project come to life, with our friends at Stream Modular making sure the mods get from the point of origin to the crane safely and on time. MODSET/MODBLT is calling on our network of Real Estate professionals and Landowners in Los Angeles, and we humbly ask for your support. We were tapped to support the construction of a temporary school intended to help 700+ displaced elementary and middle school students impacted by the Palisades Fire, but the site for the project is no longer available. We want to help these kids get back into class ASAP but we need your help identifying a parcel of land suitable for our needs. That’s a WRAP! The last 17 of 394 modules were set yesterday by our talented MODSET team. Meaning this project is topped out and setting is complete! The construction of this 5 over 1 structure was managed by our equally talented project management team at MODBLT It’s a surreal and exciting experience to be able to manage all facets of site construction while self performing the set.
