Please help us welcome our new chef, Ryan Stradley. From a young age, Ryan's heart was drawn to the culinary arts. Inspired by his grandfather's masterful touch in the kitchen, he learned to elevate even the simplest dishes into culinary delights. After putting aside his dream of a professional baseball career, Ryan embarked on his culinary journey in his hometown of West Chester. Moving up the ranks and perfecting his techniques, Ryan learned the true value of his passion- small victories outweigh large defeats. In 2015, he found a new home in Lancaster, captivated by its vibrant farm-to-table culture. He immersed himself in the local culinary scene, working at renowned restaurants like HNT and Carr's. Today, he continues to share his culinary expertise and passion with the community and us! When he's not in the kitchen, you'll find him on the golf course or enjoying quality time with the loves of his life - Chloe, Isabelle, and their furry companion, Betty Spaghetti.
