This is a huge expansion of VISION’s capabilities brought to you by Army Applications Laboratory! Every initiative in VISION has been moved into a more robust standard pipeline. Users will notice an increased level of granularity for tracking their initiatives’ status and associated phases of development, including new discreet and adaptable descriptors initiatives will move through on their journey from idea to fielded capability. Dynamic Processes in VISION means: ? Better awareness of where initiatives are in their development ? Better visibility and data for decision-making for managers and leaders ? We recently released our FY24 VISION Data Brief that captures the huge impact our users are making across and between services to drive #defenseinnovation. One of our favorite parts to highlight was the pilot program for the ongoing Squadron Innovation Fund Marketplace, in which we worked with the United States Department of the Air Force to empower commanders to apply tokens to existing projects to fund them. Here were the results: ? More than a dozen projects submitted and funded ? More than $40k dispersed to commanders ?
