This keynote will discuss the intersection of trauma science, nutrition science, and public health science in a way that also centers conversations on the dynamics of trauma as it relates to poverty and food insecurity and how these dynamics impact how we engage communities when we talk about food access, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. We will reflect on the opportunities of mobile markets as vehicles for healing to nurture community resiliency and ways we nurture each other. This session will provide background reflections in guiding principles, the messy reality of authentic implementation, and share examples of practices with teams, organizations, and through policy.
