A nice before & after picture of a recent Mobile Drill service job on a B51-305. The rig had been through an accident and brought to Mobile in pretty tough shape. The rig was put through the MDI service process consisting of; 1. Review & Inspection to create an Intake Document . 2. Scope of Work created by Larry Orzeske & Mobile Drill Engineers. 3. Working with the customer for review, feedback and approval. 3. OEM parts purchased for repair. 4. OEM Certified Assembly & Service Techs working from original prints & drawing and with original OEM replacement parts to restore the drill to its original factory configuration & performance capabilities. 5. Completion of work reviewed and inspected by Operations Mgt. & Engineering. 6. Delivered to customer. 7. Follow up with customer after a period of operation to insure customer satisfaction.
