As we continue celebrating #WomensHistoryMonth, #MNS is proud to spotlight Alex Miramontes, our talented Assistant Planner!?Alex recently achieved a career milestone by presenting at her first-ever Planning Commission Meeting for the City of Palos Verdes Estates. As an extension of city staff, she plays a key role in processing administrative and discretionary planning applications—handling everything from ADUs and fence/wall/pool permits to home exterior modifications.?Presenting an item at a public hearing is a rite of passage for all Planners, and we’re thrilled to see Alex take this important step in her career. A fun RSBITE golf event last week that helps directly support the chapter’s activities and students. Thanks to Joshua McNeill, P.E., T.E., Kenny Nguyen, EIT, and Jose for coming out to play and join me with MNS Engineers, Inc. sponsorship of Closest To The Pin on Hole 13. It was also nice to see Alberto Laureano-Rumbo and Danyan Guan from Cal Poly Pomona ITE representing their student chapter!
