AI to the rescue! Congrats.
One of the biggest challenges for cashback portals is keeping cashback rates up-to-date. Many of our fellow cash-back sites add terms stating, "Rates are subject to change without notice". This is the source of bad customer service and unhappy customers. We've been working on a few ideas using AI to keep the rates up-to-date. We are happy to announce over 90% of retailers on our website updated our within 4 hours of rate updates by the merchants. Many networks like CJ offer API to that allows us to "see" upcoming rate changes and tell us exactly when the new rates go into effect.
