Foundations are underway at this large Woolsey Fire Rebuild Project in the Santa Monica Mountains. The Property will serve as an addiction recovery retreat and will require substantial site infrastructure from extensive hillside re-grading, to numerous site concrete retaining walls, to 30,000 gallons of on-site water replenished by an on-site well.
