Aurora’s front office staff attended the WISE Twin Cities Women of Inspiration lunch yesterday to honor some truly incredible women in our community. Aurora’s very own Brenna Keeler was recognized as a nominee for Emerging Professional of the Year. Those who work with Brenna every day know how passionate she is about contributing to women’s sports in Minnesota, and our team was so excited to support this recognition by WISE so others can see how Brenna’s talent and dedication has a meaningful impact on our club, our community, and our mission. Congratulations, Brenna!

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to present about my Marketing Internship at Minnesota Aurora FC this summer. Thanks to the Wieboldt Endowed Fund, I was able to see firsthand how sports marketing and communications work, as well as finally embark on my mascot dreams. It was an amazing experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Brenna Keeler and Jillian Davis for their support and guidance this summer.

Having grown up in Minnesota, I've always loved going to the Minnesota State Fair. This year I had the unique opportunity to play a role in promoting the growth of both women's and men's soccer in Minnesota! Having spent three seasons with both teams, I had a wonderful time connecting with Minnesota Aurora FC & Minnesota United FC fans and breaking mnufc travel sweepstakes records - gotta love a giveaway.
