I had a great experience gaining practical insights into panchayat governance, particularly in tax collection processes. Our study focused on three key objectives: - Evaluating Tax Collection Effectiveness: Assessing the efficiency of tax collection systems in panchayats. - Identifying Effective Tax Collection Strategies: Exploring successful approaches to tax collection. - Understanding Challenges in Tax Collection: Analyzing the obstacles faced by panchayats in collecting taxes. During our four-week visit to Vijaypura District in Karnataka, we gained valuable hands-on experience. I'm deeply honored to have received a certificate from Dr. Arundhati Chandrshekar, IAS, Commissioner of Panchayath Raj, recognizing our outstanding government immersion. Thank you Mercy Mission Fellowship Program
