Silicone is one of the most widely validated and FDA-approved materials for medical and food safety applications. The magic is in its properties: ? ????????????????????????????????: Silicone is gentle on the body and is unlikely to cause allergic reactions. ? ??????????????????????????: Silicone doesn't degrade over time. ? ??????????????????????????: Silicone is easy to sterilize, which helps reduce the risk of bacterial infections. ? ???????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ??????????????????: Silicone is stable and resistant to chemicals. ? ?????? ????????????????????????: Silicone is highly gas permeable, which is useful for applications where air flow is required. ? ??????-?????????? ?????? ??????-????????????????: Silicone is easy to clean. Although Silicone can be manufactured in many ways — injection molding, compression molding, extrusion, etc. — the factory must be optimized for it. Silicone requires specialized equipment, processes, and often cleanroom environments for proper production. Tomorrow I'll be visiting our Silicone injection molder with a customer.
