Roederer Estate Brut MV, at #20, is a wine fitting for any occasion and a perennial favorite from California's Anderson Valley. When the winery recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, critic Tim Fish declared Roederer Estate as "the best and most consistent sparkling wine producer on the West Coast." At the forefront of this revolution is the albari?o grape, native to the #RíasBaixas region in #Galicia in northwestern Spain. Albari?o has become synonymous with crisp, refreshing white wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. We're thrilled to see Domaine Anderson winemaker Darrin Low recognized in Wine Spectator as a Chardonnay star helping shape the California landscape, "inspiring enthusiasm about Chardonnay and committed to its future." Three hours north of San Francisco in Mendocino's Anderson Valley, Domaine Anderson "has remained relatively under the radar since its inception in 2012. Winemaker Darrin Low joined the team in 2016, bringing with him a fresh take. “Stylistically, I’ve found it both challenging and liberating to work with these organic estate vineyards and parcels,” says Low, 55. “I’ve learned that each site has specific tendencies and needs, which allows me to coax the best qualities from each vineyard.
