?? Everyone says you need to be hands-on with every aspect of your content creation, but I'm calling that out. Why? Because knowing where to allocate your time is crucial. For me, being on camera matters; tedious editing and scheduling do not. By outsourcing the less critical tasks, I can focus on what truly adds value to my content. This approach has not only freed up my time but also allowed me to produce more targeted and engaging videos. Isn't it time we focus more on what we do best and outsource the rest? What's your take on this—do you agree that some tasks are better off delegated?

Noticed how everyone’s creating content but not everyone’s getting noticed? Here’s why. While using tools like GPT and Jasper might seem convenient, they often regurgitate existing online content. That’s not enough if you're a thought leader. You have a unique voice and solutions that can't be replicated by AI alone. Here’s the catch: By incorporating original video transcriptions into a custom GPT, your unique insights form the backbone of truly bespoke content. This method ensures that what you share isn't just another echo in the digital void but a clear, strong voice cutting through the noise. Is your content reflecting your unique professional identity or just blending in? #ThoughtLeadership #ContentInnovation

I’ve noticed many professionals overthink video creation, spending too much time planning instead of just hitting record ??. This often leads to procrastination ???. Remember, you’re an expert in your field . Break your content into simple chunks and start talking. Editing can fix any mistakes ??. How do you overcome the fear of making videos? ??

Ever wondered how to make your courses AWESOME before the big launch? The secret? Create a "Beta Group"! Think of it as your special team who gets a sneak peek, tests it out, and gives you feedback. It’s like letting a friend taste your cooking before serving it to the whole party. Here’s how: 1. Pick Your Team - Find a small group of people who care about what you teach. Friends, fans, or followers! 2. Share Your Course - Teach your material live via Zoom. This lets you rapidly test ideas out without getting stuck on making it ‘pretty’. I do this by sharing a simple Google Doc full of my teaching outline. Remember, people want the outcome, not the pretty presentation. 3. Listen and Learn - Get their thoughts. What’s cool? What’s confusing? Make notes. 4. Make It Better - Use the feedback. Polish, tweak, and shine it up! 5. Launch with Confidence - Now you know your course rocks! You can start marketing it, and invest the time to make a ‘pretty’ version that plays on autopilot (so no more having to conduct live calls). This is where you can start to scale. Remember, every great creator once started as a learner. ?? And every course can be GOLD if you have the right testers by your side.

A lot of my clients ask me how to effectively market their courses or high ticket offers. What's working now is content. I can tell you firsthand (especially when you have 3 little kids) how hard it is to produce this consistently. But the reality is that consistent content is like going to Baskin Robbins… It lets your audience 'sample' all the goodness you can provide. It's a way of showing what's unique about you AND building trust in the process. 5 Steps To Crush Content: 1. Know Your Crowd - Who really needs your product or service? Picture them in your mind. 2. Tell Your Story - Share why you created your offer. People love a good story! Try to tell a story that highlights your fear, pain, and struggle (as long as your audience can relate to it). Nothing sells better than letting people know you struggled before finding success. 3. Get Social - Use social media to chat about your offer. Make fun posts, share sneak peeks, and start exciting chats! Social media is free to use, so there’s no excuses. 4. Ask for Help - Get friends and fans to spread the word. Their endorsements shine super bright! 5. Always Be Learning - Observe what works and what doesn’t, and adjust. Be like water, always flowing and adapting. 6. Be Consistent - As stated, this is easier said than done. But force yourself to do it, and soon it'll become just another daily task in your routine. Go out and produce some stellar content! -Mike ???

I remember the days when potential clients would look at me, skepticism clear in their eyes. "Why should we trust you?" their expressions would ask. It's a universal challenge we face: How to turn that skepticism into trust? Bill Gates once said, "We always overestimate the change that will occur in the next two years and underestimate the change that will occur in the next ten." It got me thinking. How could I show my prospects the transformation my services brought over time? The answer was right in front of me: Sharing Stories: I reached out to clients whose businesses had transformed after working with me. Their stories became my most valuable assets. If you want to get an example of this, visit: https://lnkd.in/dN4mrp5h Highlighting Real Results: Numbers don't lie. By showcasing before-and-after stats, I showed the tangible impact of my work. The Words of Others: Instead of singing my praises, I let satisfied clients do the talking. Their words spoke volumes. I suggest you set up a Calendly event specifically for testimonial interviews. Then build an automation that goes out inviting your clients into a bonus strategy session (host this on Zoom because it autorecords your content). Over deliver the value, then ask them about their experience. Get them to sign a release form, then share the video with your audience. To your success, -Mike ??

Ever felt like your content disappears into the void, noticed by no one? ?? I remember when I started creating content consistently. It felt like shouting into a void—no likes, comments, or shares. But I kept at it, drawing inspiration from content giants like Gary V and Alex Hermozi, who preached the gospel of persistence. They had started from zero too, and it was their unyielding consistency that built their empires. One day, the consistency paid off. My content started getting noticed. A comment here, a share there, and slowly but surely, the engagement grew. This journey taught me an invaluable lesson: Consistency isn't just a strategy; it's the backbone of any successful content creation effort. If you're feeling stuck or unnoticed, remember, it's not about hitting it big with one viral post. It's about showing up, day after day, and providing value consistently. ?? Are you ready to commit to your content? What's your biggest challenge with consistency?
