MLCV is committed to creating an ecosystem for business investment in the Mille Lacs Tribal Economy—and that begins with investing in community infrastructure. The MLCV Donations Committee recently supported the Isle School District with a new playground structure, and members of our Business and Economic Development team put in extra effort by volunteering through MLCV’s VTO (Volunteer Time Off) benefit to help assemble it. This playground is more than just a play space; it’s part of our mission to foster environments where families and businesses thrive. Together, we’re building a foundation for a stronger future. Thank you to everyone involved for helping create a place for kids and families within the Isle community to enjoy!

Day 1 of the MLCV Internal Leadership Conference was filled with energy and inspiration! We had the privilege of hearing from some of our favorite speakers, sparking engaging discussions among our leaders. As we reflect on the day's insights, we’re left with some powerful questions: How do you practice servant leadership? What can you do better? Excited to see how these reflections shape our path forward!
