Most recently, our CEO Michael Kleinberg exemplified this passion by becoming a major donor to the UJA-Federation Brooklyn Hub, honoring the legacy of his parents, Milo and Bertha Kleinberg. Located between Bensonhurst and Boro Park, this 13,000-square-foot, one-stop social service center is transforming lives in neighborhoods with some of NYC’s highest concentrations of Jewish poverty. From career counseling and financial planning to a dignified online food pantry system, the Hub is empowering thousands of individuals and families every month. Through the generosity of donors like Michael, the Hub is more than just a building—it’s a beacon of hope, dignity, and opportunity. As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re reminded of the power of giving back, and we are profoundly grateful to UJA-Federation, Met Council, and everyone involved in making this impactful project a reality. MKDA Wins “Most Creative” at the Ronald McDonald House Charities’ Wine and Vine Event! ?? Our Miami team recently had the honor of supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities at their Wine and Vine event, dedicated to helping families with sick children. We donated boxed goods and crafted a vibrant, interactive wreath filled with colorful fidget toys for young patients’ hospital doors. This child-centered creation earned us the “Most Creative” award! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event impactful, especially to Empire Office and Steelcase for their sponsorship. Thanks in part to efforts from MKDA’s Executive Vice President and Design Director, Daniel DeSiena, who serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the event was a spectacular celebration of Uggams' incredible career in the performing arts. The night featured performances by iconic talents like Brian Stokes Mitchell, Melba Moore, and Lee Roy Reams.
