** ANNOUNCING ** The city of Oakland Park is set to welcome a significant addition to its residential landscape with the groundbreaking of Parc Apartments, a new 165-unit residential project by Newrock Partners and BrickBox Enterprises LTD, which also features 28,000 SF retail space. This state-of-the-art development.?Designed by Studio MC+G Architecture, the 7-story building will provide modern, comfortable living spaces and engaging retail, further enhancing the vibrant community of Oakland Park.
