M&J Management Family Restaurants looooove giving back! We hosted the first McTeachers FUNdraising Night of 2025 at our Franklin location and it was a huge success! The night was filled with so much energy from the staff, students, parents, and even our regular customers. We came together as a community to honor our dedicated teachers and support a local Venango County school. These fundraisers are fast-paced and require our team to be on point with speed, service, and quality. Thanks to the careful planning and efforts of everyone involved, we were able to achieve fantastic sales while providing great service to our guests, ultimately raising as much money as possible for the school. They did an amazing job with marketing it and getting it out to the school families! Our organization is dedicated to building strong relationships with our local schools and community in any way possible - these are our favorite ones!

We would like to congratulate Isabell Bricker for her exceptional contributions both at the store and in her academic pursuits. ??RETIREMENT ALERT ?? After 35 dedicated years at our New Stanton location, Albert Dell has made the decision to retire. Throughout his career, Albert has excelled in the grill area, where he has consistently demonstrated his expertise. Outside of work, Albert is an active member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Jeannette, where he plays the organ on Saturdays, as well as the Trinity Lutheran Church in Connellsville on Sunday mornings. In his leisure time, he enjoys relaxing at home, watching television, and working on his computer. His plans for retirement include working around his home and continuing his involvement with his church, with no immediate plans beyond that. One of the highlights of his long career with M & J Management was being part of the team at the New Stanton store when it was first built. He has truly enjoyed the relationships he has built over the years with his coworkers, managers, and the eleven General Managers he had the privilege of working alongside. Albert would like to express his gratitude to one our owners, Michael Delligatti, for providing him with the opportunity to be part of the company for so many years. We wish Albert all the best in his well-deserved retirement.

Did you say a wild chicken was on the loose in the M&J stores? Yep, that's right—last week, the chicken was basically the new store mascot causing alotta ruckus. It was cluckin' up a storm, causing some extra chaos that brought some giggles. We set a goal of 150 OEPE for the entire day, and the teams? Well, they went full beast mode, hitting 133 OEPE for the day on the first Friday of February. We tied BU for breakfast (because we're not monsters, after all). But for lunch and dinner?
